| It says 'below' followed by a list of combat levels. But sometimes, 'below' is used to mean 'equal to or below'. Just wanted to check and see which was the case. | If it says "Do not accept transfers from characters below level X," only lvl X and above can transfer gold, resources, etc. to you.
Example: If you say "Do not accept transfers from characters below level 5," it means only level 5 and above can transfer. | Thanks, I figured that was the case, but just wanted to be sure.
