Have many transfers where he send artifacts to Fosjka and _Galandriel for 1 gold, sometimes they send it back after use sometimes not. There is no description, so hard to see if it is gifts or financial support.

Besides the transfers he also have and significant abnormal enrol rate over and extended period. This seems like an impossible task without breaking the rules. Especially if you take following into account:
Server downtime
His internet con downtime
Holidays
Work
Family events (birthdays etc.)
Time to enroll (it takes 1 min, thats extra 20min required)
No work avaible
Workshift sometimes take longer than the normal 1hour
Etc. Etc.
I cannot prove it, but think there is enough circumstantial evidence for the admin should investigate further. |
