I have tried before, I can get the pages to roll, but when I get to the page where you enter the enroll code . . .
I can see the code and the entire page loads, but the box where one can enter the code does not appear.
Am I lacking some software that I need to install? Or is it plain not possible to enroll on Nokia X3?

Indeed, as said, you need flash to enroll. Sadly, some phones doesn't have flash for some reason.
