Authorcant join the rebel someone pls help

i am wearing theif arts and still cant join d rebel
it says
To enter the cave, you must have at least 16 AP worth of artifacts with at least 3 durability each. Equip more artifacts or replace those which are about to wear out.
pls help

Do you actually have equipment with 16 AP?
