You need to build the correct building as Necro.
Ergo you need to change your faction to Necromancer, go to your Castle page and check for the correct building.
Think it's something like mansion. |
Only necromancers can train vampires.
Go to castle > Switch to necromancer from the drop down list make the necessary buildings in the castle > Go to recruiting and your vampires will be there ready for battle.
It's vitally important to save up the necessary resources first though. |
