I wanted to know why I cannot join any fight at Rebel Camp. I can join only with lvl 14 (the same as me) but not lower like 12 or so. Why is that?
Because I found on facility invasion that if you team up with lower lvl players then opponents are weaker. So I wanted to trey the same here :) |

I do not want to make MC attack... I know noone going to join... so I wanted to join lower level fights....

The only way for you to fight with "low" levels is when you lead a military clan attack... On lead attack you you have levels around your...
Try to contact your "low" level clan players and create a MC attack.
