| Depends the rules broken... Unsigned accounts, multi transfer, financial support... Depends many things! |
| both blocked is most probable. but i have seen many just penalize the highest level and block the rest plus the one who is receiving the transfers is going to be the main in most cases |
sorry for lack of info... well i'm asking about the illegal transfer from multi to main.
usually cheaters don't say this and that is their multi (we know most of them don't read rules) |
2 ways :
1) - All blocked
2) - Main fined (gold penalty) and multi blocked...
I ve no clue which one can or will apply but result is almost the same! |
