I don't know what happened but I cannot click on my bottom programs.. once I minimize them i just try to click on them but nothing happens! I just get a pep sound!

What to do? I dont want to restart my PC because I will lose some work..

first try this pick they keyboard up look at it then smack yourself in the face with it thats should work if not restart comp :) whos cares about ya work it will be wrong if u done it
