Authorfoul words inspite of warning

MaDurga,a knight player used a foul word to her ally in group battle.She requested her ally to attack me so i will be defeated.Her ally did opposite.So she used that.I warned her.She obeyed.But at my defeat sheused foul words on me.Please see this battle.

Also please see this battle.The guy's name is Konnu.He used foul words in battle which were highly indecent words.
