If i donate just to convert into stupid gold, what is the purpose then?
I can get gold by enroll and winning tournament. . .
We need something that can be acquired by diamond and the stat of the item is better than using gold to buy ...
Like i mentioned, some people would buy those item and sell it to gold..Isn't it become convert diamond into gold indirectly?
It reached two purpose: diamond convert to gold, and more people would donate more..win win solution.. |

this will increase the 'exchange rate' of diamonds.
Such items should not be sellable. The current special 5 durability arts bop. We can make these diamond items to be non-transferable or just non-sellable.
Or create a rental shop in which we can only use diamonds to rent powerful arts from Empire. This would bypass any 'exchange rate' issue through selling or leasing arts to others. |

this will increase the 'exchange rate' of diamonds.
example, a new sword priced 3 diamonds. you buy it, and decide to sell it to market. how much you value that swords ? near 7500 ? i doubt it. you will set price about 45k. that means 1 diamond can be exchange to near 15k gold instead of 2500.
A smart (and really rich) donator will get a thief invite, use it, go to thief level 4, and then sell the invitation at 1200000 gold. If you're already a thief, just sell the invitation right away. That's close (minus market tax) to 15000 gold per diamond easy. XD |
| -1 Many people like me cannot afford to buy diamonds. If diamonds can be used to buy arts, it will make those who can buy diamonds a lot more powerful. This will become a game where the people who are rich in real life are the best in the game. |

Buying arts with diamonds is a good idea. But buying more powerful weapons with diamond is too much. Diamond players already have huge advantage at lvls 3,6,7,9,11,13,15 more than half of the lvls excluding lvl 1,2 . Plus by constructing upgraded constr with diamonds, they can save considerable amount of gold/enrollment. Also TGI will give them good advantage in all lvls after 6 + fun and also lots of gold if they get to TG5 .
Yes I agree donators are very vital. But if more powerful weapons are also introduced to this game for diamond users, it will bring very much disadvantage to non donators at every level almost no fun but fustration to dedicated players.Diamond users will be in top in every tourney, hunt records , duels and GBs, events etc in every level. No point in playing for non-donators except for the fun of donators.
Also SoM and other costly weapons available for just 3-5 diamonds(That is donars just have to pay 1 diamond per 8K or for more. Like for a weapon costing 24k donator just have to pay 3 diamond or less) is too good. When they sell the art at 0 durability, they will get >5K per diamond spent . Why didn't admins just put 5K gold per diamond when selling to game?
If that is taken care of, that is exchanging diamond for art would save them from some enrollments but not too much then +10.

| my initial idea wasn't creating new artifacts for diamonds just using diamonds instead of money to buy the current artifacts at a little less than what you would pay without diamonds + my idea was introducing mini diamonds (10 minidiamonds equals one diamon) so that it would be more fair to buy the current artifacts at a righter price but with diamonds instead of money |

game would become to much unbalanced for some lords. now there is still an advantage for players who can buy diamonds to get better stats, thieves invitation faster, ect.. with offering artefacts for real money it becomes an online game that i dont like |

#38 the rule now means that rich players can still buy diamonds, exchange them for gold and get enchanted arts if they want, I don't really see your point here.
+1 to the idea - more reasons to buy diamonds can be good for the game - if it actually means admins pay more attention to this server (though I wouldn't be too sure about that unfortunately).
For all those players who don't/can't buy diamonds and grudge diamond buyers their small advantages - enjoy the free ride while others pay for it instead of complaining! |
