I give loans if you give me something collateral.
For eg. You need a loan of 700 gold. Then send me a 10/10 durability hunter glove. If you are able to pay back the 700 gold in one month (or the specified duration), I'll give you the item back. If not, you needn't send the gold back and I'll keep the art.
The amount of loan will depend on the artifact sent. The amount will be discussed by both parties.

Banking activities - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts, pawn shop business, insurance operations or any other bank activities.
Leasing artifacts and other non-monetary valuables is allowed.
Borrowing and loaning gold with no interest is allowed. Every transaction must be signed properly, indicating the terms of loan.
