(D)Regular Delivery : (T)30 minutes - (R)5% Commission *
(D)OOS Delivery : 120 minutes (T) : 10% commission.**
(D) = Delivery type
(T) = Delivery time
(R) = Delivery rate

*For regular and easily available artifacts/resources.
**Out of Stock delivery - For artifacts out of stock from facilities, and which needs a lot of waiting.
If I'm offline, then within (T) minutes of me coming online.
After me being online, and (T) minutes passed, deduct 1% for every 5 minute delay.
