a little correction : Using diamonds will just transform you as "THIEF" and then you will be able to set an ambush without having the official Paper in your inventory!
To have the TGI in your inventory :
- market for price
- player transfer for price |

You can buy a TGI from market, but is very expensive... You can buy from diamonds too, but is more expensive than market... You will need 1 kk for market and 1,2 kk for diamonds...
Also, you can donate 80 euros and you will recive 80 diamonds...
