Depends on what you ask him i guess.
Because I can only assume he gets lots and lots of pm with for example requests to unblock characters and other flood. |
In his post when he was leaving some time ago he said that he would ask admin if his friend could take over for a while

| I don't think Arctic is not responding. I PMed him day before yesterday and he quickly replied the next day. I guess you might have PMed him something important. |
Well, could you imagine the amount of PM for 6 monthes?!? I beleive atm doing the "Urgent" cases, and let him time to read later...
So about Arctic just try a new value : "Patience"...
PS : For battles, let him enjoy the event too! |
