| level 5 gives you 10 talent points and then you can access talents. with each new level you`ll get +5 points. |

Talents are accesed through character page (6th button on the right)
You have ([Combat level]-3)*5 talent points, so you get 5 points each time you level up |
some talents are needed to access others e.g basic fortune is needed to get advanced fortune.
also each talent wheel has 'branches' and every talent in the same branch costs the same amount of talent points |
for different faction, each faction has its own talent wheel and cost.
for example:
elf doesnt have chaos talent like wiz.
dark elf leadership talent cost 10 points while it is just 7 for knight. |
