Warning when creating additional characters

AuthorWarning when creating additional characters
I almost daily encounter characters that are cheating. The most common is transfers from undeclared additional characters. Most of them probably don't even know it is illegal. It turns into a very unpleasant gaming experience when they find out that they are doing something wrong. The rules does not even allow for an opening such as paying it all back. (Not that they can afford it anyway.) Many will probably quit when facing the consequences.

I know that the second step of character creation include a checkbox for "I have read the rules" but I doubt even 1% of us here actually read them at that stage.

When people are creating additional characters they should be warned that some transfers are illegal. It should be easy to detect IP and/or cookie to determine if a previous account has been created from that computer. In that case a third step in the character creation should give the following friendly warning:

It looks like you already got a character and are creating an additional character. Please remember that transfers between characters owned by one player are against the rules and that both involved characters might be blocked. Se the rules for details, especially section 3. <Link to rules>
Please disregard this if this is your first character.

Two buttons should be present:
1. I have read and understand
2. Cancel creation

This will not affect recruiting negatively since it should usually not appear when you create your first character.

Optional:
A third button with attached text field could ask for the name of the main character. When entered the required texts should appear in the presentation of both the main character and the additional.

You don't need rules to tell you that this is wrong. I don't mind players who do this suddenly quit. Good riddance.

what happens if you can not transfer anything to additional character?
i think players registered on same email addresses are additional chars. everybody should say this is the main and this is the additional.
i know it is possible to change email address but in case of registration you can mark it is additional. it means in the future can not transfer golds, arts etc to main or additional char.
