can anyone make some suggestions on how can i win this battle?
Its a conspirator 9 |
you have already lost your battle.sry for bad english. |
i asked for future purposes |
a simple solution: just wait, try again once you are higher level with more troops. |
1. Move shooters to a corner.
2. Don't split cross bowmen too much; two stacks is enough.
3. Conserve shots wherever possible.
4. Keep all your creatures as close together as possible so that you can run from 1-2 stacks.
Hope this helps :) |
that helped thanks |

these r tuf too !
Ideas welcomed ! :) |
For no-name:
1. I would recommend taking more orcs and less ogres. They have the same speed and better initiative and most importantly, the have blood lust! Their attack becomes huge :)
2. In your first battle, you attacked appas with hobs. I would strongly recommend you use a different creature to attack them (rocs or ogres would be a good choice) since they will take out a lot of hobs if you miss them and they retaliate. In your case, they reduced you from 60+ hobs to about 20, which was bad news for you :P |
For your second battle (some points might apply for first battle as well):
1. Split shrews; they are your most important units. I think 2 stacks would be good enough.
2. When there are only a small number of creatures left in a stack (and it is the last stack for the wave), keep waiting until they attack you and your retal kills them. This way you will get your chance quickly in the next wave. This can be crucial at times.
3. Avoid finishing a wave with hydras; they have low initiative and the creatures of the next wave will most likely get their chance before hydras if you finish a wave with hydras.
4. Try running from stacks (if they are not shooters/casters)
5. If you see a small stack near hydras with other stacks also around hydras, let it live (if hydras have a retal)! They will attack hydras and hydras will spray the stacks around it with hardly any damage to it :) I do this often with efks and it works very well. |

can u explain this with a war id ? |
That means to purposely let a small enemy stack hit your hydras if your hydras' retaliation will be able to hit multiple enemies.
It doesn't work as often for hydras than efks, because efk is one of the first units to be targeted by AI, while hydras are nearly the last. |
oh.. kk ! gotcha ! Thnx ! ;) |
