What is the benefit of owning one of the estates that is up for auction? If I were to buy one what difference does it make where they are located?

It takes between 18 and 20 years before you can start making profit.
So you should look at the location you need it the most, not where you might earn the most, because thats nowhere :P
what difference does it make where they are located?
The estate only gives the bonus in that location.
So if you have one in Yellow Lake and you are in YL or travelling towards it, only then you get the bonus from faster regeneration. |
