| Hello.I found out about the premium currency and saw that I can buy higher-tier building earlier with them.I wanted to buy some, but since I do not have any PayPal account or credit cards, I wanted to buy some with my phone, because I read that I can do that too.Well I couldn't buy any with my phone.. why is that?(I am from Europe too.) |

You cant buy Diamonds on your phone from where ever you are from I think.
So basicly if you want to purchase some Diamonds then PayPal and Credit Cards are your only options.
Or you can just wait till your that level and construct them the long way :) |
