What if there will be co-owner for a clan ?

incase if owner got blocked/hack or inactive for a long time
the clan can take over by co-owner

Currently if owner got blocked/hack or inactive for a long time, the Treasurer takes over.

Co-ownership causes issues of ownership of clan property and gold and the amount of the limits of transfers, gifts, rewards, awards, etc by the clan.
