1) I propose to make luxury auctions a regular part of the game. Auctions would consist of arts for combat as well as Thieves Guild Invitations.
Thanks to that people that have saved lots of gold could spend it on that.
2) Second thing is to encourage new blood to come into the game.
The cheapest way to do it is to strengthen motivation system that would promote old players inviting new ones.
Old players would get more gold than they do now if invited player reaches level 8 and higher. The rate of bonus would be increased from 30% to 50% per levelling up.
Also there could be medals for that, same as for best hunts or winning in tournaments i.e. when someone invites more than 10 players it gets bronze medal, when 20 - silver and when 50 - gold. Only players that achieve i.e. lvl 8 or higher would count. |

One of the reasons admins changed TG dynamics is because TGIs were getting cheaper and cheaper. Auctioning TGIs will have the same effect because there will be less and less buyers every time, so the price will go down. Very few players can afford luxury items/TGIs. |

1) TGIs should only be included in the auctions when the prices are too high. And if the prices are too low, then TGIs would not be in the auction. And of course the number of TGIs on auction should reflect the current demand for them. Admins can tag all TGI transactions, apply some statistics, and then sell the appropriate number of TGIs at the right times to achieve their desired price range. The actual individual TGI prices aren't set by admins, but in this fashion admins can better influence prices instead of wacking the TGI market with rule changes, TGI dynamics (return of TGIs), and the diamond mine.

I agree, too many luxury auctions should not make luxury items too common. This can be achieved by modifying amount of items on auctions AND by setting minimum price at designated level to keep items luxurious. |
