What ranged attack? What information?
Be more specific. We cannot know where does your information come from. |
Some people in forums say that shooters do only 95% damage while shooting.
This penalty applies to all shooters, that is what I heard.
What else can I say to be more specific? This is everything I know about this and I want to know if it is true. |
