When exactly does the hunt speed of a creaturte with 4 speed change to 5 making the hunt alot harder for darkelves with shrews

The speed of neutrals increases after 10 combat turns. If your hero has initiative 10 (and not any talents that will make it's chance come faster), count how many turns your hero gets. On the 10th one, the speed of the neutrals will increase.
