I would get more money from begging than from an hours work with 6+ LG. Assuming I am earning 10% due to workaholic.
Maybe if you had to do something to earn your gold, like a small mini-game or you can do anything for the hour (like no hunting, enrolling tavern, battles traveling etc). Just chat and forum while you're begging. | I would not make its own guild for begging, i would just make it referring to the combat level, instead of an own guild.
And I would make it the other way round. High level, low begging gold (since the high levels are well-known to everyone in the empire and they would more get shocked than they would give them money as beggars)
Low level, unknown to everyone, they even seem poor with their wooden swords and wooden shields, cuz they can't wear better stuff => higher beg "income".
Aswell, this system would make the low level newbies able to sustain longer before they go bankrupt. |
