He is talking about dispertion, disruption ray has nothing to do with his question, disruption ray is irrelevant to dispel magic.

Nope, dispertion effectiveness depends completely on the casters' level, the creature which gets the dispertion has nothing to do with it, neither the caster gets any bonus due to magic resistance aura (such as brilliance aura).
I think unicorns don't have resistance to spell effects either, I'm not sure though. I mean, if I cast delay on unicorns with Spell Power 10, they won't reduce it to 7.5 turns, will they ? |
| I was talking about dispersion indeed; dunno why, but I use to call it dispel... About disruption, just as any other dark spell, it is affected by magic proof. |

I believe that the % of effectiveness is affected by aura; ie, you won't delay for, say 30%, but 20% instead. |
