AuthorDispel and magic proof / abilities granting some magic proof
Hi,

Is dispel affected by magic proof, and abilities granting some proof (uni)?
What are you talking about ?disruption or dispersion?
I'm pretty sure he is talking about dispersion.
Yeah I guess, but he needs to confirm Dragon.Maybe need to wait for him or to answer about both for that.
i dont think dispersion is affected..after new update, dispersion depends on magic level..so I think magic proof shldn't disturb with that
Dispersion no longer works the way it used to. However, the spell's description in Help hasn't been updated. Does anyone know if it's been updated on .ru?
Dunno ask grail keepers members.
for Acron:

He is talking about dispertion, disruption ray has nothing to do with his question, disruption ray is irrelevant to dispel magic.

for Slust:
Nope, dispertion effectiveness depends completely on the casters' level, the creature which gets the dispertion has nothing to do with it, neither the caster gets any bonus due to magic resistance aura (such as brilliance aura).

I think unicorns don't have resistance to spell effects either, I'm not sure though. I mean, if I cast delay on unicorns with Spell Power 10, they won't reduce it to 7.5 turns, will they ?
I was talking about dispersion indeed; dunno why, but I use to call it dispel... About disruption, just as any other dark spell, it is affected by magic proof.
I know hallion read #5 and #6,and I talked to geryon and said.

I believe that the % of effectiveness is affected by aura; ie, you won't delay for, say 30%, but 20% instead.
