This must be off original creatures because people can have specific arts talents that can Increase and decrease stuff.

senior genie with mini artifact can get 10 speed, with thief set 11 speed.

gremlin, 3 speed

ancient behemoth, 33 attack

archangel, 31 defence

hell horses, nightmares and shrews with 16 initiative
Which shooter has the most shots?
crossbowmen 12 shots

magi with 3 shost
