| Yes, the best thing to do is to pm the secretary. Of course, that doesn't mean you will get unblocked. If you got blocked for a possibly-wrong reason, pm the secretary about it. There's no sense in sending a mail if you got blocked for a valid reason (example: illegal transfers). |
