If you are talking with the best AP to save you gold then #2 is what you need.
In other cases :
agains neutrals best arts are Hunter sets (the one of your level)
in PvP a thief set
If you want standard equipment then just the latest of your level in artifact shop (but you can experiment with different combination based on your combat style) |
