You might know that all factions that are made here is from the original Heroes of might and magic so i would hardly belive we would get pirates as a faction but other factions like orcs dwarfes and tribals is something that probably will come cause its from the real game in fact dwarfes and tribals will come

At the beginning this looked like a decent attempt, but then the creatures got overpowered. Initiative 30? Are you serious?

You forgot to mention the speed and health of all of the creatures, and the mana for casters. The spells seem a little odd to me, and especially for merfolk, the random cast spells is unfeasible. If you random cast on an enemy, can you get ice skin? If you get mass poison, what is the area of effect?

Repair is only useful if there are mechanical creatures in the faction (for example, grem. engineers can repair golems).

I would suggest looking at one faction's creatures, and comparing your creatures to them to see if they are approximately equal in power.
