This skill is:
Hero gains a primary parameter of your choice for every 4/3/2 combat lvl.
So, if I select basic erudition on 5 lvl that primary skill I get on 9 lvl? | if you select it at level 5, you get 1 extra primary parameter
(5 / 4 = 1.25 = 1)
if you select it at level 9, you get 2 extra primary parameters
