| France showed why they're the best northern hemisphere team, and the All Blacks showed that the best come from down-under. After last week's blinder game vs Australia, bringing the cup back home was no small achievement. Lovely try from Woodcock! It was a beautifully clever set piece play with the French all marking the backs tightly. Poor kicking almost cost NZ the game. The No8 being injured also was tough but then they brought out a guy who could actually kick between the posts which gave them the 8 points for the tightest ever cup final result. |
| Great first try by NZ, well set up and I bet the french will be kicking themselves hard for putting two people up there. I'm still puzzeled as to why they would do that... |
| france the best northern hemisphere team :O i'm pretty sure you are wrong there, wales would have easy won if they didn't get a red card, england were sloppy since its nearly all their players first world cup, ireland were knocked out but would have won france, france are better than scotland and italy i agree. |
