My main account did this battle... My plan was have fun killing my own troops, but I just get the gold, no xp and no fsp... And I still have the workaholic penalty... Is this normal?

In order to relieve the workaholic penalty completely, you have to get at least 0.5 fsp (and you have to win). If you get less than that, only a portion will be removed. In your case you got 0 fsp so not even a portion of the penalty was removed. | yes
because removing workaholic is based on the fsp you for winning a combat.
At first just winning was enough, but then high level players started to do duels against lev3 players (on .ru) so they altered it.
0,5 fsp + win = workaholic delayed with 10 enrolls
0,25 fsp + win = workaholic delayed with 5 enrolls
