Issue is...
One of the items states it has 28 durability. Now, checking the item properties as per the artifact properties screen, shows the durability for the item when originally obtained, was only 10.

The durability of 10 that shows in Artifact shop, is meaningless. It's only there because some default durability has to be shown. In reality, the durability on Second anniversary luck pendant is VARIABLE.
