i was questioned about my self specially for creatures in tier 5 , where they start to use really diffrent techniques, which monster is stronger against with monster with no parameter bonus?
even others can post here for discussion for which monster is stronger and why. |
| Well, even that power of one stack isn't important as power of all army and hero, i prefer brilliant unicorns (blind) or clerics (because of nice holy spels). |

Rocs, unicorns, hh, monks, genies, linchs (if they got a high number they will be overpowed)
I just don't like hydras / ladons...
But ALL unit are powerfull... |

1. It's hard to judge creatures by themselves. T5 creatures have special abilities which can greatly enhance your army as a whole.
2. That said, evaluating creatures based on their usefulness to the whole army:
Rocs
Hell Horses
Hydras
Monks
Unicorns
Genies
Liches
Nightmares
Brilliant Unicorns
Archliches
Clerics
Ladons
Master Genies
Thunder Birds |
Agree with Fluor for the ranking of Tier 5 upgrade
don't know about Tier 5 without upgrade, but seems also make sense |
| Genies should be pretty high up there, darkness magic is very useful to allow the wizard to kill the monster. For a magic wizard, genies are the second most useful unit (after gargs) against monsters (maybe only magi are better). |
Disagree with Flour for the ranking of Tier 5 upgrade.
I would list the first 4 as:
Archliches
Clerics
Brilliant Unicorns
Nightmares
In this game, where the hero's spellcasting ability is usually pretty limited (except for wizards), creature spellcasters are particularly useful. |

That's just in theory. I agree that 12 archlies are powerful and scary, however they usually die first and are very hard to protect, so it's very rare that they really have some significant damage output in pvp |

oh and this, if you are talking about hunting, then you are probably right, but in pvp, EFK is like a baby in front of a full stack of b.unicorn |

havent got to try it to realise about this.
i agree that against DE , demons and maybe barbs(shrews, cerbs and rocs)
probably liches will be blocked but what about elfs?
they wont reach you in first turn and they will probably focus their shoots in skeletal. dont you agree? |
B uni got more stats, with full ap or either min ap...
They will be like a god... Don't forget about stats paramenters from everything will be they more lethal...
On 1v1 b uni ALWAYS will pwn EFK, but i don't think a RAZOABLE player will suicide troops... |
@18 Who said need block on first turn? Most players try it, just lose the game...
You can block and attack the lich, but your rocs, hh etc. Will leave any protection... will be vulnerable to dead covoy, bone dragon, vampire, app, skell archer...
So don't matter the level, moves like that only make you lose the game. |
