Should not take 20 seconds+ to make moves towards the end...I asked Keeper to see our battle since it started (opponent was AFK for the first 400 seconds+).

so when i abuse someone and they move slow cuz they do something els in rl or on the computer they shoude have a penelty..
or wait.... CUZ I PLAY FROM A Laptop that is close to 10 years old and i move slowly i violate the rules????
and when i do a thief abuse i have to sit and wach the screen all the time or what ?
