Look at that factory...
It currently has a balance of 20 gold, unable to employ any player for production yet the steel blade is out of stock. That means the factory is unable to sell steel blades and earn gold for employing player to make more steel blades. Its production is stuck so it has to be reset.
When resetting, better make sure that the resources needed for producing steel blades, i.e. wood steel and leather are also fully stocked so that players don't sell the resources to the factory and make it stuck again.
