Magic guild level 3

I have built 3 level magic guild, but I have not learned a Holy and Nature spells Magic schools: Evasion, Chastise, Summon Phantom, Earthquake.
You used Earthquake in your heroes turn in this combat:

Only problem is that earthquake is a spell which is not supposed to damage creatures. It is supposed to damage walls which, so far we never had any on .com.
I was able to use Earthquake, because I have Talent: nature magic.
If you do not choose this option, one of the Magic Guild level 3 spell I can not use
for Helsinkill:

You're missing something here Helsinkill.

To cast lvl 3 spells like earthquake, summon phantom and alike you need

a) mage guild lvl 3

!AND!

b) Basic talent of corresponding magic (or wisdom talent if possible).

You need BOTH, not just one of the things! Otherwise you would have been able to cast the spells since combat level 5.
Post #5 is right. It isn't game bug.
