every 0,5 reputation points makes that u have to wait 1 minute less for the next MG quest
for example: reputation 0 = 40 minutes wait for next quest
2,5 = 35 minutes wait for next quest
5 = 30 minutes wait for next quest
7,5 = 25 minutes wait for next quest
10 = 20 minutes wait for next quest
