| Anwser is easy - his last visit is in the last year. After that there were a lot of "minibalances", after one of them wizard's army size at level 5 was decreased. You can't recruit more than 4 magies. |
if he logs in again
will he have the same recruit like he has? |

| No, he won't. He'll receive something like "Troops are not organized or not sufficient. Recruit troops at the character page." |
