Is roulette completely FAIR? |
to be honest, smart people wont touch roulette because they know the consequence. win is just about luck while lose is what you deserve. therefore, it is FAIR to all.
not FAIR? oh, well... loser will yell that roulette is not FAIR because they lose too much on it, ESPECIALLY at the time they think they should/suppose/must win. |
It's as fair as any roulette game that you could find in a Casino.
Roulette is inherently slightly unfair. For example, you will win a 'straight up' bet 1 time in 38, but it only pays out @ 36:1.
This means an average result of playing 38 games is that you will win 1 game and lose 37 games. So you pay 38 "units" and get back only 36 "units" (assuming identical bets).
In the long term, assuming average results, you should lose money. Of course individual results will vary. Some will be very lucky and actually win money, but many more will get the expected result (or worse) and lose money.
The best way to win is to not play in the first place.

The system is exactly NOT fair, because we don't have archives!

Not fair at all.
Grunge made it clear enough.
Though, it is claimed that you can overcome that cheat through various betting strategies.
Einstein though said that you can't win roulette unless you cheat it. Well ... it's a good opinion, I think he didn't prove it, just too hard to prove the opposite ... |

Cheat it by what means? |
Well, that depends on exactly what the real purpose of the fair game control system is.
It may be that the fair game control system is intended to provide a check to make sure the roulette results match. But this seems odd since I'm not aware of any casino that offers such a service.
IMO the fair game control system is likely to have only one real purpose. It is the obvious target for any amateur hacker who would like to try their "skillz" out to benefit themselves.
This gives the site admins an obvious place to try and detect attempts made by such would be "hackers".
Real hackers would find more profitable targets to employ their skills on.
An example that reinforces this possibility is a Google search I did. When searching for "fair game control system" one result was for a site called "Hack Forums". The text found by Google says "please can anyone find the password for fair game control system of roulette in lordswm" and the member name is "pradeepfirzen".
Now I don't have access to this "Hack" forum, nor do I want to sign up simply to read what's going on in there (who knows what purposes the requested info could be used for?), but if the job of the "fair game control system" is to attract the attention of would-be hackers, it has evidently succeeded.
Have Fun

Is the admins taking actions against such forums? |
