just as a bit of advise, if i were you i would check these 2 things before giving a loan
1) roulette - have they betted on roulette before, if so is it enough to make you think they are addicted, if you think they are they will most probably lose your money and tyu won't get it back
2) transfer log - have a see if they have done anything illegal, been given a penalty...not returned loans before or got multi transfers, if they have they could get blocked and never return your money... |
