after 15 minutes as soon as an even number of participants appear
just start the tournament |

current participants number (32 and 64) is good. in the early tournament, some player dont have chance to join tournament because full of participant, only a few second after it start. that mean this server has enough player to participate a 64-player tournament.
however, with current participation cost, only some rich player can afford several tournament daily.
if participation cost is lowered, more player will join the tournament.
reduce tournament frequency (one tournament each 2 hours), will attract player to join. |

It's not because of that , most active players are away now doing event at .ru. after 10 days or so everything would be ok |
