Kind of an indirect financial assist. Is this Legal? since we do not have any rule for transfers via clan between clan leader and clan treasurer. |
good question, it is either you read or you never read the rules....
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one. |
Well, I know nothing about Transfers, but
you cant say its an illegal transfer because
maybe the clan leader 'stole' the money,
but maybe the treasurer is not culprit,
maybe he has nothing to do |

No, transfers to clan are considered donations, even if they are from the treasurer. BUT, of course it's legal as long as the gold (in case of donation) is less than 10000*CL or it's less than 20k*CL (in case of loan).
Now, you'll ask why they'd do that and not just transfer the gold between them to be safe. Well, the answer is simple => No tax for transfers between the clan. |
