With reaching level 10 you can build magic guild level 3, which lets you use spells of the 3rd level, if you have special talent (it means that for using fireball\ice ring you need basic chaos magic talent or talent wisdom, same with all other 3rd level spells);
Anyway, now, on your combat level this talent is useless. |

| Basically, this talent replaces the need to have Basic Nature/Holy/Darkness/Chaos. Note, however, that it's not quite the same. Whereas Wisdom allows you to cast 3rd-level spells, you only cast them at the "No talent" level, with a corresponding reduction in spell effect. Hence, for the same spell power, a dark elf with Basic Chaos will do more damage with the Fireball spell than one with Wisdom. |
