Because they are already produced by facility...?
The game is ideally self-sustaining; players enroll and produce artifacts to support all their needs in battle. Stock in the artifact shop is removed when there is a facility producing the artifact. |
If item are in shop, and all units are bought, they are not refilled.
From this time, you can buy them only from factory in one location on the map. |
