Well, it depends on what the message is about, because
A LOT of people send PMs to Arctic, so he wont read
messages without a topic, or the silly ones.

| Send the PM and wait is the best thing to do. Add a proper title and type formally and friendly at the same time. Then if your topic is important and doesn't demand a complicated answer, you'll probably get a respond when he reads your PM. |
