Hi)
If someone has Illegal Transfers and he is imposed
a penalty in gold, can he be blocked later?
I dont think so since people in real life dont
go to prison 2 times for 1 murder (For example)
I had, and they told me "To give the money back"...
My English was worse than now and I gave money back
to each multi instead of sending it to Empire :)
