| what are min necro buildings minimum on lv 11? |
for solo hunts and mercernary quests: nothing is required.
For assisting for assistance, ambushing, PvP etc i think you also need liches, death envoys and maybe fort as well.
(at level 13 dark elf i could ambush without citadel) |

that they dont have them in recruitment, doesnt mean they dont have the building.
Since putting them to 0 will increase troop count for other creatures |
| so if its imposible without envois so i dont need to build fort and liches. i can raise to fsp 3 with merc and hunting. i thin envoys is too expensive |
