If i change faction to one of which has not been bought up to the level i am currently at, can i ask for assistance with my hunt.

(i mean troop-wise constructions not those like blacksmith and warehouse)

ask for assistanse is not depends to your castle/troops
its depends to your hunter guild
if you are at lvl 2 hunter guild you can ask for assistance with or without upgraded castle
