Hello and welcome to my thread. The basic jist of this is: you guys suggest new factions you want to see in the game, I put them down on a list, and in a couple weeks (depending on how quickly ideas come in) I'll open a thread where you can vote on your favorite factions. The faction that gets the most votes, I'll make. It's pretty simple. :) So if you have a cool idea for a faction, but don't feel like spending the time to make it, suggest it here.
Please include a brief description of your faction with your suggestion as well. If you suggest a faction of creatures you've made up, and don't explain them, I'll have no idea what the heck you're talking about. :)
There are several faction I will not make. These include: pirates, ninjas, rebels, draconians, and any class that is on the "future updates" list. As well, I won't make a faction that is absurdly out of place in the game, such as robots, aliens, etc. etc. You get my point.
That pretty much covers everything I have to say (I know there's something I forgot to say, that I'll remember right after I post this. That's always how it goes :/) So start cooking up some ideas, and have fun! |
I knew I'd forget to say something I meant to include in my above post :/. I forgot to post my signature I do after every single post I ever make. A rather trivial detail, but something I forgot all the same. Oh well.

It's a fun game and want to go into game designing, so it's a win-win for both me and the gamers who are interested in this kind of stuff.

Sun Warriors, sounds potentially interesting, but needs elaboration. Are they warriors from the sun? Or do they worship the sun? Please describe them. :)

Faction - Groundlings
Basically the creatures that live under the ground. Or have anything to do with the ground.
Tier 1 - Slug (Small creature). Try use your imagination, not the type of slugs you see in real life.
Tier 2 - Mole (Small creature). Again use your imagination.
Tier 3 - Hrizzle (Large creature) Looks kind of like a bear mixed with the Behemoth.
Tier 4 - Ferdle (Small creature). The first archer creature though his attack is also strong. Throws small rocks and you can use your imagination to make his looks.
Tier 5 - Beast (Large creature) Beast uses a tree trunk as a weapon. Use your imagination about how he looks.
Tier 6 - Trevil (Small creature). Kind of like the dark elf bandit only he is very strong and he is a mix between archer and a warlock but as I said before he is very strong in close fighting. *Note not Lordswm archer. what I meant is a creature that uses ranged weapons*.
Tier 7 - Drake (Large creature). Dragon type of monster. Search "Drake monster" on Google if you want to find out what I mean. |

Tier 7 - Troll (Large creature). Use your imagination maybe the troll can even look a bit like the beast.

| Yeh but there has to be a flying creature :| maybe make some flying creature instead of another tier. Drake just looked most ground looking monster that could fly that came to my mind. |
| how about instead of flying the have the oppisite where they can move under to go through rocks... also 1 of the creatures should have a like burrow skill where they go underground for a turn then attack like royal griffen and maybe there special ability is where up to 2 creatures can go under ground for 1*.5{faction lvl} they can't be attacked under ground but can't attack until they show themselves then they can attack on next turn or another one is where creatures can go underground for 1*1{faction lvl} this is total for every creature combined and everyturn spent under ground increases there attack by 20% so on skill lvl 5 1 creature can spend 6 turns underground then come up for a 220% attack. this is total for all creatures so at skill lvl 9, 10 turns can be divided however the hero wants amoung the creatures |

There are already troll units in game, but that doesn't mean they can't fit in somewhere.

@13 Yeh kind of like Royal Griffins only the opposite.
@14 Yeh there are already Trolls :| Just use Joe500302's idea to make Tier 7 cuz I can't think of anything. |
Upgrades:
Tier 1 - Evil Slug. (Just looks more evil :3).
Tier 2 - Battle Mole. (Just looks more battle ready. He will have armour and maybe a weapon but I am not sure about a weapon).
Tier 3 - Rock Hrizzle. (Will have rocks on it's back and maybe some other places).
Tier 4 - Tree Ferdle. (Changes looks and gets more special abilities. All of them do but I don't mind how this one looks :P).
Tier 5 - Leader Beast. (Becomes stronger by getting armour from rocks and trees. New weapon - Stone weapon or his tree trunk gets stone spikes).
Tier 6 - Dark Trevil. (Kind of like the dark elf poisoner :3. Though he doesn't poison. New abilities but he still keeps the hood. New spells).
Well that is all. I am sure everyone else can make my lists better but yeh this is a basic idea of this new faction. |

No need to worry about those kind of things, I'll handle that if I make the faction. :) But feel free to make the faction yourself if you want to, but if you do that I suggest you make your own thread to garner more attention to it. :)
